The Arcotel Wimberger is located just north of Westbahnhof Station in the 7th district at Neubaugürtel 34-36. Within a couple of hundred metres you will find both the Stadthalle, which is an arena with a capacity of over 12,000 used for concerts and exhibitions, and the Mariahilfer Strasse, which serves as one of the primary shopping streets in the city. Stephansplatz and Schloss Schonbrunn are within a few kilometres and can be reached on foot or by one of the various public transport options open to you.

Nearest Underground and Mainline Station: Westbahnhof Station is only about a 5 minute walk away. The station serves the U-Bahn lines U3 and U6. U6 also stops at Burggasse which is nearer but at Westbahnhof Station you'll have more options, including several bus routes.

Nearest Airport: Vienna International Airport in Schwechat is only about 25 kilometres from the city. There is a shuttle bus into Westbahnhof Station which is just down the street from the hotel. The journey shouldn’t take longer than 35 minutes and the fare is only about EUR6.00 for a one way trip and EUR11.00 for a return trip.
